Hi, I’m Carla.

I’m a creative entertainment marketing leader with 15+ years of experience developing and executing bold, 360° campaigns for artists and live events on a global scale. My work centers on translating creative vision into culturally resonant marketing strategies - particularly within the live space - where storytelling, fandom, and experience intersect.

I lead high-impact campaigns for multi-million-dollar international tours, immersive experiences, and artist-led non-touring projects, partnering closely with creative and talent teams to drive awareness, demand, and revenue. Alongside this work, I support brand partnerships and sponsorship initiatives when they meaningfully enhance the fan experience and align with the creative vision.

With a strong creative instinct and a deep understanding of audience behavior, I design thoughtful, integrated marketing programs across traditional media, digital and social platforms, out-of-home, experiential, content, promotions, and partner activations. I’m known for approaching challenges with originality and clarity, pushing boundaries while delivering results.

A collaborative leader by nature, I’m passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering environments rooted in trust, creativity, and growth. I thrive in fast-paced, evolving landscapes and am energized by opportunities to do things differently - and do them well.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong music lover, vintage clothing enthusiast, yoga devotee, and proud dog mom. I value humor, connection, and great storytelling - and I’m always happy to bring all three to a dinner party.
